The newest entry of the Chronicle's Whine and Dine blog mentions the opening of JAX Burgers, a new burger place in Spring.

"We are thrilled to have a great new burger spot in Spring," says Jean Moore. "JAX Burgers (4334 FM 2920, Spring) are big, fresh and handmade, with great buns. And they offer several kinds of fries. On a recent visit, my husband I had the sweet-potato fries and they were great!
