Real estate company sued after alleged fall in Spring
A Harris County man is suing over claims he sustained injuries as a result of an unsafe stairwell in a Spring-area apartment.
Travares Lenard Lucas filed a lawsuit on July 16 in Harris County District Court against Tritex Real Estate Advisors, citing negligence.
Lucas says on March 21, 2011, he suffered injuries when he fell down the stairs at Polo Club Apartments on Cranbrook, located at 14531 Ella Blvd. in Spring. According to the brief, the stairwell was detached from the structure.
Lucas is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Lansford Ireson Jr.
