Maritime instructor acquires 4BD in Bridgestone Lakes
Bryan J. Hoyem and Catherine V. Hoyem acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4411 Bridgestone Cedar Drive in Spring from Meritage Homes Of Texas LLC on June 6.
The 2,684-square-foot house was built in 2003. It is part of the Bridgestone Lakes subdivision. Harris County assesses the home's value at $161,979.
Bryan Hoyem is an instructor at Kongsberg Maritime, an automation, navigation and subsea systems provider. Earlier in his career, he was a production supervisor at Stupp Corp. and was head of operations at Afloat Training Group Ingleside.
He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering technology from Purdue University.
Catherine Hoyem is a business systems coordinator at FMC Technologies, a technology solutions provider for the energy industry. Previously, she was a project analyst at Packaging Service Co. Inc. She also served as a project control assistant at Topaz Power Group LP.
She obtained an M.B.A. from Liberty University and a B.A. in psychology from The University of Montana.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,719 home sales in Spring during the past 12 months.
