Chavon Davies and James J. Davies sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 23903 Pinecreek Point in Spring to Jose Luis Calvillo on March 1.

Chavon Davies is a contract coordinator at BG Group, a global oil and natural gas company. Previously, she was a purchasing assistant and accounting assistant at Ram Chemical and Supply Inc., a receptionist at Mac Haik Chevrolet, a catering sales representative at Leibman's Wine & Fine Food and a catering server at Eatzi's Market & Bakery.

She attended Parkway Christian School.
