Charles D. Galler, Jr. and Kelly Galler acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3606 Coltwood Drive in Spring from Evelyn Hunholz Stuhr and Garry A. Stuhr on Dec. 2.

The 2,673-square-foot house was built in 1983 in Cypresswood. The property is valued at $159,579.

Charles Galler is a network engineer at INX Inc., a computer networking and data services firm. He is also the owner at an IT products provider, Red Leo Services. Prior to those, he was a network administrator at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.

He attended the University of Houston.

The Gallers also relinquished a home at 20219 Stonegrove Court in Tomball in November 2011.
