Noreen Sanderson and her husband, William, acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 20306 Stone Moss in Klein from Barbara H. Vahldick on Sept. 21.
The 3,233-square-foot home in the Pinelakes Oakmoss Village subdivision was built in 2000 and is currently valued at $268,740.
Ms. Sanderson is a supervisor of land operations at Halliburton Sperry Drilling Services. Before that, she was a regional secretary of completion at Dresser Industries, an energy and natural resources products and services provider.
She attended North Harris County College, the University of New Haven and Victoria College.
