Actress truly has faith in abilities

Raegan Roberts uses her talents to show others she is proud of her religious faith. "I am a Christian, and I have been given a passion for acting. The Lord is showing me how I can use acting, singing and dancing to glorify him. It gives me so much pleasure that I can use these to spread the name of Jesus Christ."

Accomplishments: Performed in the musical "Kissless" off-Broadway in New York City as part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival, participated in a pilot performance of a new musical "On a Glorious Day" at the Stages Repertory Theatre, played the part of the Cat in the Hat in "Seussical The Musical" in February.
Favorite Class: "History. It's a subject where I learn about people, and I find learning about people fascinating. Also, you learn about how things became what they are. I just love it."
Favorite things to do outside of class: "Dance, acting, things to do with my church."
Favorite book: " 'Anne of Green Gables' because the main character has a big imagination. She has such a love of life. She pulled my heartstrings."
Favorite musical genre: Musical theater, contemporary Christian
Favorite TV show: " 'So You Think You Can Dance.' It inspired me as a dancer."
Favorite Movie: " 'The Blind Side' with Sandra Bullock because of the message in it. It is about reaching out to other people and becoming selfless."
Ambition: "I want to go into musical theater and ultimately do it as a career, but we'll see where the Lord needs me."
