Spring native, pro golfer to be on reality TV show
Local pro golfer and Spring native Shannon Fish will be starring on "Big Break Atlantis," a reality show on the Golf Channel that will be shot on location in the Bahamas, at 9 p.m May 14.
Fish, 23, will compete against 11 other contestants with the hopes of making their lifelong dream of playing alongside the world’s best golfers a reality. The winner receives an invitation to a to-be-announced 2012 LPGA Tour tournament and cash prizes.
Turning professional in 2011 after graduating from the University of Texas, Fish recorded four top-four finishes on the Cactus Tour in her rookie campaign.
