HS boys basketball: Collins defeats Tomball
Collins defeated Tomball in District 13-5A hoops action on Tuesday.
The Tigers won the game 65-59, moving to 9-14 on the season and 2-2 in district games.
Michael Simpson, a junior, scored a team-high 16 points in the victory.
Collins will visit Spring on Friday at 7 p.m.
Tuesday’s loss dropped the Cougars to 10-13 overall and 0-4 in district games.
Marque Booker, a senior guard, scored a game-high 17 points in the defeat.
Tomball will visit Dekaney on Friday at 7 p.m.
