Woman sues over husband's death
A woman is suing after the death of her husband.
Anna Daulton, on behalf of the estate of her husband, Clifton, filed suit in Harris County District Court on Nov. 3, stating TMH Medical Office Buildings and TMH Medical Office Buildings Condominium Association failed to keep the premises of its 6550 Fannin St. property safe.
In her suit, Daulton alleges her husband died as a result of the injuries he sustained from falling down the building's malfunctioning escalator.
It was the responsibility of the defendants, she says, to be sure the escalator in the building was working properly.
Daulton is being represented by Richmond attorney Joshua Estes. She is seeking damages and court costs.
