Laser Quest sued after slip and fall
A woman is suing a laser tag establishment after she allegedly slipped and fell on an oily puddle.
Ashley Devery filed suit in Harris County District Court on Oct. 28, stating that Laser Quest failed to keep the premises of its establishment safe.
In her suit, Devery alleges she suffered severe injuries in her should, back, and neck as a result of an oily puddle on the floor. According to the brief, Devery could not see the puddle because it was foggy and dark, and a yellow caution sign had fallen.
It was the responsibility of Laser Quest, she says, to maintain its premises and to warn customers of any potential dangers.
Devery is being represented by Houston attorney Holl Vu Fulkerson. She is seeking compensatory damages and court costs.
